Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing Civil, HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical works. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams. Monitor daily site activities and project progress. Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical requirements. Coordinate HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and civil works to avoid execution delays. Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and site resources. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards. Track project schedules, milestones, and pending activities. Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution. Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates. Assist in client and consultant meetings and project reviews. Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
