Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor workplace health and safety procedures. Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards. Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and follow safety procedures. Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports. Monitor compliance with safety standards, work permits, and safe work practices. Coordinate with project/site teams to address unsafe conditions and corrective actions. Maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and documentation. Support emergency preparedness, fire safety, and evacuation procedures. Monitor safe execution of Civil, HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical activities. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors regarding safety requirements. Report safety observations and compliance status to management.
